Our standard checkout clean is a hotel-standard service. This includes kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, upholstery/wall marks and changing bed linen. Please note this is not a bond clean, but we will do extra things like windows and cupboards when they need attention. We bring our own cleaning products and equipment. Our cleaners will restock from your supply cupboard.

Our extra housekeeping service includes a hotel-standard clean plus full laundry service. Linen and towels are washed, dried, folded and stored away for your next guest. Housekeeping services are managed completely by your co-host, so you can rest assured your property is spotless for each new guest, we only ask for hosts to provide at least 2 sets of linen for changeover.

Our premium housekeeping service includes a standard clean with full laundry service and restocking supplies. We provide basic necessities from ‘zero-waste’ natural products that are locally sourced – this is included in the rate. Supplies include soap, hand soap, laundry powder, epsom salts, toilet paper and bin liners. You can view our ‘zero-waste’ policy below.
